At Oluka Shoes Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. Please read the following information carefully to understand our process.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Based on our product categories, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Sandals: Due to hygiene reasons, sandals cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

Returns & Exchanges Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on where to send your package.
  3. Ship Your Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RAN. Ship the package to the address provided in the instructions.
  4. Wait for Confirmation: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refund Process

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by Oluka Shoes Shop.
